Oncourse Parent Portal & Live Grades

If you need help getting into or using Oncourse Connect grade portal please call the front office at 973-543-7107 x2. We can help!

We are extremely excited to announce that all Mendham Township Middle School families will again have access to our Live Grades technology through the Oncourse Connect Parent Portal. Live Grades will provide you with on-demand online access to your child's most recent and cumulative Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, World Language, and Language Arts grades. Live Grades reflect students' work on all of the projects, tests, quizzes, and homework assignments that are used to calculate final grades. In effect, you are accessing each teacher's electronic grade book, which he/she utilizes to keep running records and to calculate final grades.

Homework completion for each week will be updated every Friday. Tests, quizzes, essays, and other graded projects will be posted to Live Grades immediately after the teacher completes the grading process. Please note that lengthy assignments, exams, projects, and essays might take up to a week to post to Live Grades.

In addition to providing running averages of your child's academic progress, Live Grades will enable you to view daily attendance and tardy records. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to set email preferences, which will deliver daily, weekly, and /or monthly progress reports to your email inbox.

Oncourse Connect digital report cards will replace the formal "paper" report card again in the 2022-23 school year. Report cards ARE NOT be mailed home.

Again in 2023-24 ALL schedules will be accessible ONLY through Oncourse Connect online - NOT via Unites States Postal Service.

  • Schedules and bus information will be available to parents when the portal opens in August.

  • Parents will be required to sign off on all the pertinent 2023-24 documents listed on their OnCourse site before their child(ren)'s schedule and bus information will be viewable.

You will need your username and password to access your child(ren)'s OnCourse information. It is very important to keep your username and password confidential! If you forget your username and password, or need technical assistance, please call the front office at 973-543-7107 x 2.
