Hi, my name is Briana Panetta. My inspirational, motivational, and consistent ball of energy personality loves to get students "fired up" for a lifetime of wellness. I started my college career attending County College of Morris receiving an Associate's degree in Exercise Science. I graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science then I graduated with my Masters of Arts in Teaching for Physical Education from Salisbury University. I recently got my doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Centenary University.
I love teaching group fitness classes! I teach multiple classes such as Rock Bottoms, Barbell Blast, Body Blitz, Only Abs, Kettle Bells, CrossFit, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Interval Plus. I have my certifications in cycling and YMCA Group Fitness Instructing as well as a CoreFirst Certification. I have played multiple sports such as soccer, softball, dance (ballet, hip-hop, and jazz) and ice hockey as well as gymnastics. I have been a competitive gymnast since the age of 7. I have been coaching gymnastics for 15 years now. One of my passions is choreography for all levels in gymnastics on beam and floor. I am the key founder of the Gymnastics Club at Salisbury University. Some of my hobbies include reading, sky diving, cooking and of course working out!
I look forward to working with your children and giving them encouragement to become the best student they can be! I will strive for my students to walk out of my gymnasium learning new information each day on how to live a healthy life style.
