Arielle Rementilla
Assistant Principal

Dear MTES community,

I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal of Mendham Township Elementary School and to support a community where students, families, and staff work together to create meaningful learning experiences for every child, every day. My career in education has been shaped by a deep belief in equitable, inclusive instruction and the power of strong relationships.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood and Special Education and a Master’s Degree in Literacy and TESOL. I also completed my Orton Gillingham Teacher Certification, which strengthened my passion for supporting early literacy and providing targeted, multisensory reading instruction. Most recently, I earned my second Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership in May 2025, a milestone that prepared me to serve in a broader capacity.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to engage in work that reflects my core values as an educator. I have participated in school and district data teams, where I analyzed student performance data to inform instructional decisions, guide improvement plans, and help build a strong multi-tiered system of supports. My experience with the New Jersey Tiered System of Supports (NJTSS) has strengthened my commitment to data-driven interventions that meet students where they are and help them grow.

I also had the opportunity to lead the Inclusive Language Committee, where I designed curriculum-aligned lessons, facilitated professional development, and partnered with staff, families, and community members. This work fueled my passion for DEI initiatives and reinforced the importance of fostering a school culture where every student feels valued and represented.

As Assistant Principal, my goals include supporting high-quality instruction, strengthening intervention systems, and promoting a positive, consistent school culture grounded in respect, belonging, and high expectations. I look forward to being present in classrooms, collaborating with teachers, and celebrating the many successes of our students.

I am grateful to be part of MTES, and I am excited for all that we will accomplish together.

Warm regards,

Arielle Rementilla
