According to New Jersey Education Statute 18A:37-15, "School districts shall adopt a policy prohibiting harassment, intimidation or bullying on school property, at a school-sponsored function, or on a school bus."
The Mendham Township Board of Education prohibits the bullying, harassment or intimidation of any student. Any student, parent, or employee who witnesses an act of bullying, harassment or intimidation should contact the appropriate school personnel immediately. Employees and/or Volunteers are required to report any allegation of bullying within 24 hours of the alleged incident.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie signed the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights (A-3466) on January 5, 2011.
