We have some very exciting news as it pertains to our cafeteria food service. We will be upgrading our on-line payment software to a new system. In the beginning, when we piloted PaySchools, at no cost to the district, we didn’t know what kind of reception we would get. It appears that many people are interested in utilizing this type of system and as such we will be upgrading to a system that many school districts use, Payforit. Payforit will allow parents to view the history of their children’s purchases without having to wait for a print-out from the cafeteria. Payforit, unlike the current system, is directly linked to the cafeteria so there will be no “lag” time between making payment and appearance in your children’s accounts. We will eventually branch out into other areas as well, including registration for summer and after school pathways activities, etc. In order to make a deposit for lunch, click on parent information as you have done in the past and you will be linked to Payforit from now on.
